I'd say that applies to most car owners, regardless of the car's origins!
Most people simply don't have the tools, know-how, place to work, and
willingness to do it themselves.
After doing the 100,000 mile tune-up on my 95 Buick myself; I think maybe
they've got the right idea! To change the distributor rotor, you start by
draining the cooling system ...
