TireRack lists 35 tires in 205/70-15; 36 in 215/70-15.

I don't fit that category, but I've had good luck with Yokohama AVID tires
before. If I were you, I'd probably try the new AVID Touring-S in 215/70;
which TireRack has listed for only $60/tire.
Of course you'll need to add S&H, mounting and balancing to that price when
comparing to local tire sources. But that will likely still be a good price
compared to, say, the Goodyears that my local Wal-Mart stocks at $95/tire
plus tax.
