I have never rotated the tyres on my Triumphs (Saloons and Stag - all
with IRS) - the tyres seem to wear evenly to the point where they all
get replaced at the same time.
More important is to ensure that the wheel alignment is correct (all
four wheels), and the same with tyre pressures.
