The later (approx 73 onwards) carbs had two vents, but only one was supposed
to operate at a time. The "idle" vent came out the side and was plumbed to
the carbon canister/anti-runon valve. The "non-idle" vent came through the
face of the carb, as on the earlier smog carbs.
