Yes, Ebay has had some wise ideas on how to level out the playing field for 
buyers and sellers now. Now instead of sellers holding buyers hostage with 
feedback, now its the other way around...LOL , thats using your brain Ebay! 
I think I'd like to run Ebay for awhile, first thing i'd do is get rid of 
that cheesy baby blue background some goofball Ebay site designer put on 
Ebay Motors last year when they changed the site over, second thing would be 
to put the search features back the way they were, i hate the new 
layout!...Gosh is it hard to use now...!
