Yep, it's there...or should be there. I had mine off about a month ago
putting the new nylatron bushing on the upper fulcrum.

Are you sure that the horizontal arm of the ball joint has a hole for a
cotter pin. (We're talking about a stock TR3). I didn't see one when I
