Do you know what the 'B' or 'SC' stands for literally?
==AM==
I don't recall "B" alone, but "BW" might literally have stood for
Borg-Warner, the manufacturer of the automatic gearboxes used. "SC"
might stand for Saloon Conversion? Just a guess, since most of the
estate car bodies from Standard-Triumph (with Heralds being a notable
exception) were actually converted by the Mulliners subsidiary from
partially completed saloon body shells.

*Mrs Irrelevant: Oh, is it a jet?
*Man: Well, no ... It's not so much of a jet, it's more your, er,
Triumph Herald engine with wings.
