I have used Wellseal for this application as well as others. The only
contribution I will make to this is make sure the surfaces are clean and
follow
the directions. That may sound obvious but Wellseal works well if treated
like
contact cement. Paint all mating surfaces, allow to set up a little, then
assemble. Do not use Wellseal in a wet surface to dry surface application.
