Ed - the cheapest way is to find out if a lister is headed this way for a short 
break and was 
willing to take it as hand baggage.
Otherwise, FedEx or UPS seem the obvious choices but I guess they'll charge the 
same as they charge 
for shipping FROM the UK.
Won't be the same as mailing a letter!
