Peter, The Harley shop, or other motorcycle place will have shock or 
fork oil. 20W is proper. Too much heavier can do damage. If you have 
a farm type store near you, you can use a 20W hydraulic oil as they 
use in implements for rams and the like. AWE68 is the type.
