I have a set of Korean tires on the '3a. They are a medium compound tire and
are the same size you mention. I got them for $50/cdn about 4yrs ago. They
seem decent for ride :-)

Greetings,
Like several others on the list, I, too, am looking to re-shoe my 1965 TR4A
with scarce 165/80R15 tires. I've seen your recommendations for Sumitomo
and Kumhos but can't find anyone with them in stock. I have found a supply
of Federals (a Korean tire I believe) but don't know anything about them.
Does anyone on the list have any experience with or knowledge of the Federal
tires?
