I take issue with this statement. A BFH is a BFH. This is a situation
where size matters. A Medium would, of course, be an MFH. A Small, would, by
definition, be a SFH. There is no such tool as a Medium BFH.
You wouldn't pull into Burger King and order a Small Whopper, now, would you?
