My TR3b has the Z-28 mark as well.

That part is kinda true.

That part is not. The TR3B frame was the same width (interchangeable with)
the TR3A frame.
The factory did look at putting a TR3 body on a TR4 frame & rear axle. As I
recall, 3 prototypes were even built, and known as TR3-betas. But not the
same thing as a TR3B.
