With respect, George, I don't believe that is quite right. California
mandated control of crankcase emissions in 1963, so at least some TR4s had a
closed crankcase. Moss catalog shows the vent to the carbs starting at
CT23594, which seems about right. Those early systems only vented to the
air cleaners, so no PCV valve, but they did not have the road draft tube.
