Work Hard and Save your Money!
Let the pros do it, there is a lot to the prep work that you just can't do
at home. Catalog all that you take to them, I lay it all out and take
pictures and give them a copy and you keep a copy. It is much easier for
them to find it if they have pictures. If you are going to have any
threaded items plated wrap the threads with electrical tape. The chrome
shop will strip the chrome, probably plate with copper, fill the pits, plate
with copper again and polish, then chrome it. Know your chromer....take
them beer in the afternoons and donuts in the morning. Think pure thoughts.
