Hi Bob,
I make a little redesign part, but it is uniquely for the Triumph Stag.
It is the Triumph Stag Polycarbonate Radiator Cowl set. This is a true
to form look alike of the original all metal cowl set supplied only to
Federal Specification and Australian Stags. The molds were made using a
casting of an OE metal cowl that are very rare, Triumph probably only
made in very low production numbers - maybe 1500 metal stampings.

The redesign can be seen in a few forms - the first generation was
gelcoat on sprayed composite polyfiber; second generation was
thermoformed ABS, third generation is aircraft quality thermoformed
polycarbonate. Added to this set will be the lower deflector shield
which mates up to the cowl set to aid air flow through the engine
compartment. I am having the mold currently made and first deflector
shield prototypes this summer.
See the cowl sets on our club web site classifieds
http://triumphstagclubusa.org/classifieds/detail.php?siteid=53.
Our club founder is also working on a few hoses no longer supplied, the
heater valve for AC equipped Stags, and we had one supplier
remanufacture the vacuum retard module for those owners wishing true OE
configuration for their distributors.

Just some of the things Clubs are supposed to do, help members keep
their cool!
