It is (I had asked Terry in a pmail)... oddly, my TR3A clutch will only work 
w/o that spring.  Leave the spring off and it works just fine - put it on 
there and it does not disengage.  Not sure why... perhaps a broken but 
jagged clutch fork pin?  Been that way for 25 years.
