[TR] Need small fastener to do with the sun visors on a '74 TR6

Would anyone have or know where I can get for a '74 TR6 just one of the
small (appx. 3/8" X 3/8" X 3/8") cubeish looking spring nuts that snap in to
the windscreen frame and secures one of the top two screws that attaches the
sun visor base to the windscreen frame?
