I don't have any tips to offer, John, but it shouldn't be that hard. On all
of my TRs, the tunnel will rest in place with no gaps.
Any idea what car your tunnel is from ? I know the tunnel itself changed
several times between TR2 & TR3B, although I didn't know the bolt hole
locations did.
One thought might be to add some packing between the tunnel & the floor; as
TR4s used.
