Yes, but with some qualifications. That's a lot of miles....

Maybe...but then maybe not. Mathematically, it works out to a little under
4200 miles/year assuming it's seen 'steady' use over the years. That's really
not much at all and, spread out over almost 30 years, there's plenty of time
in there for the previous owner(s) to have maintained the car fairly well. Not
that it shouldn't be checked out carefully, but that mileage total doesn't
scare me at all.
