List- My "new" TR250 has brand new chrome wire wheels on it. When the car was painted, the wheels were on it, and overspray drifted behind the wheel covers and settled onto the rims and spokes. I have tried various cleaners, etc. but the overspray stays in place. I'm considering taking them to be soda blasted. Any thought?
