Northern tool (formerly northern hydraulics) has everything you would need for the trailer chassis http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/category2_6970_166839 again depending on what size you want they have prebuilt chassis at $199.00 for a 4X8 which you could use as your starting point.....
