Hey Chip,
Don't tell Matt this story, he'll work me over pretty good at the CPTC Winter
Luncheon. Hopefully, you guys will soon see the finished product and several
of your parts on the car. Tell Matt his rebuilt OD transmission will not go
into reverse easily, so now I have to pull everything out and bring it in for
warranty work. :o) Good talking to you again. I still talk about that red TR6
that hides at your shop and only comes out at shows. Have a good one.
Alex

Alex....that would make a great entry in the volumes of TRUE CONFESSIONS
from LBC owners!!! At least it only cost you some lost time and frustration -
once upon a time I took a customer's TR3 out for a very low speed (thankfully)
test drive with the bonnet not fully secured because, after all, it was
clicked down on the safety latch and I was only going "around the
block".....yep - small bump, gust of headwind and up it went right into the
windscreen.....
