[TR] tail light socket grounding

 I can't seem to get all my tail lights to work well. I've cleaned the
holders, bulbs many times. The whole housing is grounded by a wire. Is
there some secret to this? I've even considerd individual ground wires
to each socket, but I can't find a convienient spot to solder to.
Any help?
