[TR] Seat Tracks - TR3A

Hello all,
Hope everyone is having a happy turkey day. I have two questions on TR3A seat
tracks. When installing the track that attaches to the floor, which side does
the upright go on. Are they on the tunnel side and door side or the inner
(under the seat) position, and secondly which side does the release go on.
Tunnel side or door side or are they different on each side.
