[TR] Legal again!

I am finally legal again after a five year, frame-off restoration! Still have 
a few bits here and there to get done, but I can at least drive her again. 
Many thanks to anyone that may have responded to any of my many pleas for 
assistance over the years. It's a beautiful day in Texas, I'm on vacation, I 
hitting 
the road!
