[TR] headlamps

I hope list members are aware that there is a difference between a U/K
headlamp and a U/S,  one projects light to the wrong side of the road, guess
which, anyway they will not pass most state inspections, put a pair side by
side and it will amaze you as to the difference.  "FT"
