[TR] TR6 LUK Clutch Assembly

Everyone,

Has anyone recently purchased a TR6 LUK clutch assembly from any one of 
the Big 3?   And if you have, would you know the LUK model number or 
still happen to have the box available?

I'm doing some research and am hoping one of you might be able to help 
me out.
