This is a GREAT event in a beautiful part of the country with hundreds of
LBCs in attendance. However...the best laid plans..etc etc. I've looked
forward to this weekend all year and today my starter died! So the TR6 won't
be making the trip north. Hotel reservations have been cancelled and maybe
I'll make a day trip (4 hrs up and 4 back) on Saturday.
One "correction" to Joe's email... If you want to put your car on the field,
you can pre-register in person on Friday at the event. I think 4PM is the
cut off time.
Hopefully I'll get there!

Subject: [TR] Triumph featured marque at British Invasion
Triumphant ones:
After a COLD start to the week (30s in the morning) and some rain falling
right now, I'm here to report that the weekend forecast for Vermont looks
fantastic.
Sunny and highs in the 70s.
If you haven't been to the annual British Invasion car show held in Stowe
this is the year you may want to consider it. Most years there's 500+ cars
in attendance and this year Triumph is the featured marque. Finally some
front row parking!
So come on up early or stay a day after the event and take in some of what
beautiful Vermont has to offer.
You must pre-register to attend however and the best way to do that is
online. For details on the show go to www.britishinvasion.com.
I'll see you there.
