[TR] Putting a new factory soft top on the frame TR6

Hi, how difficult is it to install a new factory soft top on the frame
on a TR6?  I've got the back portion all figured out and it doesn't look
too bad.  It is the front portion that contacts the windshield that I am
not sure what it takes to end up with a nice tight top that will readily
latch.  An upholsterer tells me that it is four hours minimum and that
there is more to it than one would think.  Thanks, Jim
