[TR] TR4 steering column bits

I need the steering clamps for my 63 TR4, which are AWOL in my garage.  The 
parts I need are the metal bits adjacent to items 15, 16 and 17 on

I'm sure my parts will materialize as soon as someone reponds off list, so 
pls hurry - I'm going crazy (not a long trip).
