Greg,
Since no one else has answered your question, I will chime in. It is
easier to remove the plastic switch and insert a small screwdriver or
awl and recenter the shuttle. Since the opening is so small it pretty
much has to be done blind and sometimes it is hard to feel the movement
of the shuttle but with a little trial and error you should be able to
get it centered easily. The best method to check if it is centered is
to hook everything back up and see if the light goes off.
Cheers,
Aaron

Subject: [TR] TR6: PDWA centering method
Since I overhauled my brake system, the brake warning light is now on
which I
assume means the PDWA is off center. What is the easiest method to
correct
this? The book says to figure out whether the PDWA is off to either
the front
or rear brakes and then open a bleeder screw on the opposite end while
someone
pushes down on the brake pedal until the shuttle recenters. When the
light
goes out, it is recentered. This seems kind of imprecise to me. Is
there a
more reliable method?
Thanks, Greg H
