I'm going to chime in and agree with those recommending a custom shop.
As some of you may recall that's what I did on my TR6 when the Monza
system I had finally died. The shop did a lot of custom work for hot
rods and low riders, fully understood what I wanted, asked that I make
time to stay while they did the work. The key was they ordered the
longest glass pack that would fit in the space - not the regular off the
shelf versions. Then added resonator tips to each outlet to finish off.
Great sound, throaty, but not to loud.
