Two questions: the firewall feedthru for the heater hoses has one straight
tube and one bent at about 45 degrees on the cockpit side. What is the
correct orientation? Straight tube on the top or bottom? With the heater
in place it doesn't seem to make much difference.

Boot lid gasket: Mine has a tall lip on one side, shorter lip on the
other. What is the correct orientation: tall lip toward the inside of the
boot or tall lip facing the outside of the car? Pix I've seen seem to show
tall lip on the inside, but in that orientation the boot lid doesn't want
to close, but rather push the gasket out and down (clearly it isn't glued
in yet).

TIA
