Hi Chris
I can tell you that it is just possible to lift a diff from the saloon, 
which may be a couple of Lbs Heavier than the TR6 diff, with one hand by the 
input flange, but I couldn't carry it this way, and I have a grip above 
average!
I can't give you a figure but thought this might help!
