My wife bought me a single stage Ingersoll-Rand SS5L5 for Christmas (I 
love my wife! She buys me great tools.) I believe it was in the $700 
range including shipping. 5HP Single phase 220V. I dont quite remember 
the spec's, but I think it's in the neighbor hood of 15-18CFM at 90PSI 
continuous duty. So far I am pleased with it.
