Jim,
I've never had any issues with TRF so I haven't had to contact Charles
directly. However, I did have to ship a large panel back last week. I
called customer service and was told to go ahead and ship the part back. I
checked with UPS and found that the shipping was almost the same as the cost
of the part. Not wanting to get stuck with the bill I called back but
couldn't get anyone. I tried to leave a message and the machine never
worked right. (Maybe why you aren't getting a response) I simply went to
their page and sent an email to them at trfmail@aol.com. I was contacted by
phone within a few hours and they worked it out perfectly. FYI, they send a
UPS tag by email and I sent the part at their cost. Have you tried their
business office number? It is 814-446-4423.
NFI, just a very satisified customer and have been for many years.
Pete

Sorry to bomb the list, but I'm at my wit's end (very short trip). I have
some issues with TRF returns that have gone unresolved since February. In
the last two weeks I've left 4 messages for Charles to return my calls - no
joy; seems he comes and goes, has no schedule. Before I air the dirty
laundry on the 'Net, I'd like to give him a chance to set things
right. Anyone know how to contact him directly?

TIA

Jim
