It is likely one or both of your carbs floats stuck open during storage. This
allowed fuel to gravity-drain up through your carb needle(s) into the intake
manifold. From there, the fuel ran past open valves into the cylinders and
eventually past the pistons into the sump.
Another possibility is that the fuel pump diaphragm is shot, allowing fuel to
drain to the sump.
Do not drive your TR without (1) changing your oil/filter, (2) checking for
wet carb throats, and/or (3) checking the fuel pump.
