TR250's stripes were obviously painted on. Is it possible that some 3M
salesman was just trying to save the Company a few Bucks and a few were

Anything's possible, I suppose. Admittedly, I know relatively little about
this sort of thing, but I have to wonder if "tooling up" for a tape stripe kit
might have cost more than painting the stripes on, given the relatively low
volume? Just a guess....
