I traced the vibration on my car to the propshaft, and quickly decided
that I don't have the time and/or skill to do it myself, so took it to a
propshaft specialist. I got a call from him this morning to say that he
can't get the propshaft out through the bottom of the car. The manual
says to remove the exhaust, and then remove the 4 bolts each end of the
shaft. He says that he has removed the exhaust, but that it is now
physically impossible to get the bolts undone, and the book is wrong.
Has anyone done this? Is there a trick to it? He thinks he needs to
remove the seats, tunnel, etc. and go in from the top. Please help - I
am really struggling with this one.
Thanks
Paul
