If they have a few loose spokes, they are Dunlops. :-)
If they are non-stock sizes with "safety-rim" bulges (seen
as shallow grooves from the visible side, they are Daytons.
If they are stock size:
I don't remember where to look for a Dayton name stamping.
After a certain date (can't remember, around 1990?), a
Dayton wheel will have a fully-machined center. This means
that you can put it between cones on a tire-balancing
machine. If the center is stamped, you will see that the
opening on the outer end is not necessarily concentric, only
the surface of the male cone is concentric, so a special
adaptor is required for a balancing machine.
