When I restored the frame of my TR3A, I weighed all the options published on 
the List, from drilling holes and inserting various paints, but finally 
settled that I would get guaranteed coverage by pouring in a 30 weight oil 
and flipflopping the frame in various positions to coat the inside.  It's 
not sexy, but then I won't be driving it in salt up here in the Northeast.
