Same figure is listed in the factory shop manuals.  I've used it myself for
many years.  It is a lot of torque, and stretched studs are not unknown on
these engines, but I'm pretty sure I've only stretched studs when exceeding
the factory torque (to try to keep the head gasket sealed).
