Hi gang. Well, I'm a week away from looking at and probably buying a
TR250. For years, I've kept a box of "goodies" in the trunk of my
Healey containing a selection of spares. Hoses, fan blades, spare
relays, fuses, flashers, etc. At one point, I even carried a spare fuel
pump. Since I restored my Healey, I know it inside and out and knew
exactly where the weak points were and what I could reasonably repair if
(when) stranded on the side of the road. I would love some insight from
the collective on what I should put on my box of goodies for the TR250.
This is my first Triumph, and my only other hands-on experience (other
than car shows) was riding shotgun in a friend's GT-6 on numerous high
school adventures a few decades ago.
Thanks!
