I'm not familiar with the Sperflex bushings but the rubber bushings used on
the upper A-arms flex. In otherwords as the A-arm moves the outer surface of
the bushing will rotate with it while the inner surface in contact with the
mounting pin does not. In this cas it is best to set the static position of
the
bushing (unflexed) with the car in its nom,inal position so the bushings will
streach away fromnominal as it goes up and sown thater than set theunflexed
posioint at one end of travel.
If your bushings are sleeved like the poly bushings then the dushing will
rotate on the sleeve and it doesn't matter where it is positioned when you
tighten. But you should lubricate then so they don't squeek.

Are these the bolts that go through the lower A-arm bushings and the trunion?
These tighen against the inner sleeves which set the spacing for the bronze
bushings so it isn't very important how tight they are provided they don't
come loose.

No. I prefer front to back just because having the treads on the trailing
side will protect them a bit from road debris. But it's not important.
