Reinforced ones can break too ... eye protection is still a must !!

Even without worrying about the wheel breaking, you still don't want metal
particles embedded in your cornea.

BTDT ... the optometrist will use a tool very similar to your Dremel to
grind out the resulting damage.  Only local anesthetic ... you get to watch
and not blink ...
