List, I recently purchased a choke cable from TRF. While installing it, I noticed that the cables are made of twisted strands of wire. The old one had solid wires. Stranded wire cables cannot "push" very well. Consequently, I can apply the choke... but I cannot release it (shut it off.). So: 1) Is there supposed to be some sort of spring return on the choke? 2) Am I missing something obvious? 3) Is the $45 cable just wrong?
