Fitting 240Z drums to a TR4

I got a set of used 240Z aluminum brake drums that I want to fit to my TR4.
I know the center hole and stud holes need to be opened up, and the groove
around the permiter enlarged, but I'm not sure of the dimensions. I was
surprized to find that Google didn't turn up anything.
 
Rather than guessing, can someone who's been through this provide me with a
concise summary of the machining requirements?
