It's possible, I've been able to free most of the ones I've worked on (but not
all).  Start by removing them from the car and soaking in your favorite
penetrating oil (PB Blaster seems to be best of those I've tried, but I've not
tried Sili-Kroil yet).  Try to work the pistons out by prying between them or
turning them with a big screwdriver.  Heating with a propane torch may help too,
as the aluminum will expand faster than the steel.

With the pistons out of the way, you can go to work on the screw, again
alternating soaking and heat.  Use a square wrench or 8-point socket to try to
turn it, wiggling back and forth.

I supposed if you'll never drive the car, it doesn't much matter what you do
with the brakes.  But if you drive it, you'll find that the rear brakes need to
be adjusted periodically.
