Yes, several of them. Autometer is one, they have several models of 5"
electric speedo that should fit just fine.

It's basically the same input a speed control would use. On a TR, it's
probably easiest to stick some magnets on the driveshaft and mount a sensor
nearby. They also offer pickups that can be driven by the original cable
take-off point, but getting things adapted up might be a problem.
Of course, by the time you're done, it might be cheaper to have your speedo
rebuilt ...
